What got you in to the mud biz? How long have you been at it?
We been boggin for about 5 years. My husband actually got me into muddin. We started out with a Ford F-150 with a small block on 40″ boggers…we had a blast with it and one day decided we needed a mega truck. So, we did.
Married? Kids? Are they involved?
Married to my fabulous husband, Harold for 9 years
2 daughters, Brooke, 7 & Braylee,4
My husband and I built my truck from a rolling chassis. (Well, he did alot of the work)! He busts his biscuits to make sure I have everything for it and its in top running shape for the next event. The girls love the mud truck. They think is cool that Mommy has her own Mega Truck and They get out in the shop and turn wrenches with us. I love it cause it teaches them that girls can do anything!
If you could get behind the wheel of any other truck which would it be?
I don’t want to get behind the wheel of anyone else’s truck…just cause I know how I get when someone says…can I drive you truck? Ummm…the answer is NO.
A favorite truck besides your own?
They are all my favorite…I don’t have any one in particular.
What keeps you in the game?
For sure the mud boggin family and the love of the sport.
Do you have any rituals or habits prior to a race day?
just make sure there is enough fuel in the tank!
What’s one fun non-mud related fact we might not know about you?
Im a Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse…I save tiny little humans on a daily basis. Yes, I’m secretly a superhero!
If you could vacation anywhere in the world where would you go?
Montana…its the most beautiful and peaceful place in America
What do you think the most important part of a truck is?
Definitely the driver. Cause you can have the biggest, baddest, fastest truck and if you don’t know how to drive it….you technically don’t have nothing.
What is your daily driver?
2006 Dodge Ram 2500 4×4 5.9L Cummins
That is all pink’d out
What is on the Horizon for you/your truck?
Improving the engine.
How did your truck get it’s name?
when we were building it, not one bolt, or but or screw matched. It was like we had to have the entire tool box of tools out to take one thing apart. And I was complaining saying…..this damn thing is so mismatched. And the name just stuck!
